Playmillion Partners – Complaint

About the Complaint

Hi,

My name is [EDIT] and I am one of the most active casino/poker affiliates in [EDIT]. I never had any problems with any affiliate programs except this one. I have earned tens of thousands to various casinos/poker rooms.

Starting November 2013 I was advertising Playmillion casino through playmillionpartners.com

It was quite strange how the affiliate manager ([EDIT], the only person who works in the affiliate department, since no one else responds) offered a high CPA even though he did not have any requirements or anything, he did not know me, he did not give a trial period, this seemed to be quite fishy. Straight away after getting in touch he offered a payment plan with a big CPA commission payment plan for every player who makes a deposit.

Due to the fact that Playmillion casino is quite known I decided to take a risk and promote this brand. During two months I earned 3250$, how much of it was paid? 0. My players were interested in a casino and I was never paid my commission. The casino has made a profit from my players. This affiliate manager guy never responded to my emails and finally I couldn’t even log on and check my statistics on the affliate platform.

This was already posted on Askgamblers (their casino/affiliate program has negative reviews there), many (dozen) of emails were sent to the PlayMillionPartners and PlayMillion Casino during the past few years. The casino always said that it is not their department and always said to get in touch with the affiliate department. But the thing is that in the affiliate department it is always the same guy who is spamming people. I also recently received a message from this person sent via Skype bot where he is offering to invite people to some other casino (no thanks).

Playmillion partners username: [EDIT]

Personal/Skrill/Affiliate email: [EDIT]

Thank you.

Hi wincrew – welcome to POGGWebmasters.com!

Before going any further I need to make clear the rules of our affiliate complaint service. In general we will NOT assist an affiliate with a complaint if they work with any program found on our Blacklist (even if the complaint is not against a Blacklisted program). In our opinion affiliates working with the programs listed on our Blacklist are conducting their business in an irresponsible manner and actively damaging the players they promote to.

In this instance we will overlook the fact that this issue is against a program that we list on our Blacklist, but if you continue to work with Blacklisted programs we will not assist with any future complaints.

Before I contact the program I need you to provide us with all the communication you had surrounding this CPA arrangement. Whether that’s emails or Skype conversations, we need this so this doesn’t turn into a your work vs theirs situation. Could you please forward this on to webmaster@thepogg.com.

Thanks,

ThePOGG

Hi wincrew,

Thanks for your email. The problem here is that if you’ve arranged a deal with PlayMillion Partners that is non-standard (i.e. not the standard package advertised on the affiliate website at the time you signed up), there needs to be some evidence of the program agreeing to the deal. If you’ve no written communications where they lay out what they’re offering you there’s nothing to stop them saying they never offered you the deal you claim they did.

I need a paper trail to be able to argue your case.

Do you still have access to your account? Can you provide the stats for that month?

Thanks,

ThePOGG

Hi, long time ago I had a picture with all the statistics, but that picture is no longer working. I got in touch with Imageshack picture hosting service, but they have not been responding for months.

I would say just try to approach them anyways, I doubt that they will deny giving me a certain CPA plan.

Hi wincrew,

I’ve tried repeatedly to contact PlayMillion Partners with no success. I’ve sent through a final email detailing that if no response is received by Friday the 16th of September we will be publishing a report their failures and updating their review.

I’ll let you know if I hear anything.

Thanks,

ThePOGG

Hi, you would have a better chance in getting a reply if you would contact their casino management instead, because you never get a response from their affiliate department.

Thanks.

Hi wincrew,

Unfortunately PlayMillion Partners have failed to offer any response to our repeated attempts to communicate with them. As such we’ll be closing this complaint as ‘Found for the Affiliate’, detailing this issue in the PlayMillion Partners review and alerting affiliates via our message boards.

Sorry we couldn’t be of more help.
