Program Reputation

Player Issues – Spinaru are part of the HighWeb Ventures group. We first became aware of this group due to a player complaint. When contacted about the complaint they took a long time to respond. When they did respond they admitted that the issue was caused by a mistake at their end, but they still refused to pay the player due to “manipulation of coefficients”. This statement has no meaning whatsoever.

This group offer terms and conditions that are contradictory, vague and circular. They also include a maximum win term that we view as Predatory.

One of the venues in this group has failed to respond to a complaint at CasinoMeister resulting in a warning being issued due to the garbled responses the player received.

For references see – http://thepogg.com/casino-review/casino-reviews-appendix/#HighWeb_Ventures.

Affiliate Issues – We are aware of no unresolved affiliate issues at any major affiliate portals.

Notes

Affiliates should be aware of the following term:

7.2 The Contracting Parties hereby agree that on termination of this Agreement:

a. The Affiliate must remove all references to Spinaru.com from the Affiliate’s websites and/or other marketing channel and communications, irrespective of whether the communications are commercial or otherwise.

This term effectively grants the affiliate program the right to censor anything you may publish on your site, whether factually accurate or not if they decide to terminate the affiliate agreement. This is extremely detrimental to any affiliate who engages in reviewing activity.

Conclusion

The HighWeb Ventures group run terms that are vague and Predatory and appear to actively look for ways to trap players so that they can avoid payment (take the CasinoMeister issue where they refused to pay the player because they played multiple games at once – the only group we’ve EVER encountered to carry a term prohibiting this). They are non-cooperative with complaints and the little communication we have had has made no more sense than their terms and conditions.

In short, affiliates that value their reputation should not be sending traffic to this group.
