Player Issues – The first complaint that we received against SinCity casino was very poorly handled by casino support, offering delays and no explanation for failing to get a player their funds in a prompt fashion. This resulted in them being moved to ‘Not Recommended’ status.

Since then we have received several more complaints, all related to payment delays, however the platform provider has been managing these and whenever we’ve dealt with them the issues have been resolved.

Affiliate Issues – It appears that SinCity Partners have retroactively applied a minimum activity quota to already registered affiliates.

Conclusion

SinCity casino certainly haven’t come over as particularly professional in their conduct and run on platform with a history of various player issues. Alongside this they carry unfriendly affiliate terms and conditions and appear to have applied these terms in a retroactive fashion. As such we would recommend affiliates choose an alternative partner to work with.
