Revenue Giants represent operators that institute policies that force players to play to receive any significant payment. This is totally unethical and we do not support any operator engaging in this sort of practice Close

Player Issues – The Revenue Giant casinos have a patchy history when it comes to dealing with players and their terms and conditions. They previously had complex and confusing rules surrounding withdrawals.
Alongside this they’ve been unresponsive to various player complaints at different 3rd party mediation services. We’ve had greater success getting this group to discuss complaints where they don’t involve the sharing of evidence, but where funds have been confiscated the Revenue Giant operators have not being willing to share supporting evidence. This places players in a position where, due to a non-interested licensing body, the casino gets to serve as Judge and Jury in decisions that they ultimately benefit from financially.
Most concerning however is a complaint submitted to ThePOGG.com where a player won a medium/large balance (~€20k) then was told that they’d need to keep playing to maintain their VIP level otherwise their withdrawal limit would be capped at €500/month and possibly drop to €100/month. At €500/month it would take the player 3 and a half years to receive their winnings. At €100/month this payout would take over 15 years.
It should be noted that the casino never reduced the payout to €100 and after nearly a year of paying out at €500/month agreed after the intervention of ThePOGG to move the schedule up to €500/week.
The major issue here – and with any operator implementing this type of payment system – is that:
a) No payment of any rightfully won balance should take years to complete
And
b) Once a balance has been won and any bonus terms have been met there should be no further obligation to play. Implementing policies where if the player does not continue to play and potentially lose some of their winnings back, the casino will drop the maximum withdrawal to a level that essentially means that the player will never see their full balance paid is absolutely and unequivocally unethical. This is essentially financial hostage taking not to mention the moral hazards of forcing players to engage with an addictive pastime.
This complaint is still ongoing at the time of writing this, but will be available to review once the full balance has been paid – http://thepogg.com/complaint/21-dukes-mega-low-withdrawal-limits-not-in-their-terms-and-conditions/.

Conclusion
Operators represented by the Revenue Giants affiliate program have a significant history of player issues and other ambiguous business decisions. Revenue Giants claim to be independent of the ownership of the operators they represent, but the truth of this is not possible to determine with any certainty.
The clincher for us regarding this group’s status is the enforcement of ‘play for your withdrawal’ type terms. In our opinion this type of policy is unethical and potentially harmful to players and as such we view any affiliate working with this group to be doing their players a disservice.
