Net Revenue = the total revenue generated by a player less any credits, bonuses, promotional costs, 3rd party license fees, transaction fees, jackpot expenses, chargebacks, uncollectible revenue or any other relevant charge

Terms and Conditions

Minimum Activity Quota – Yes, see below;

“AFFILIATE ACCOUNT INACTIVITY
In order for an Affiliate to remain on any commission structure; including commissions agreed in writing, the affiliate must hold an Active Affiliate Account.
Any affiliate with a Semi-Inactive Account will not have access to the account restricted but, for accounts and/or players attributed currently to a revenue share commission, will be moved to a 10% revenue share commission. This will only occur should a 10% revenue share be a lower percentage than they are on currently. This does not need to be communicated to the Affiliate.
Any affiliate with an Inactive Account will have their affiliate account closed, and the existing affiliate player base will be removed from the affiliate account. Should the affiliate wish to start promoting PKR after being deemed inactive, the affiliate will need to create a new PKR affiliate account and player account in order to rejoin the PKR affiliate program.”

and

“Inactive Account” shall mean any affiliate account which for a period of 6 months or more has not acquired 1 or more First Time Depositing Player.”

“Semi-Inactive Account” shall mean any account which for a period of 3 months or more has not acquired 1 or more First Time Depositing Player.”

“REACTIVATION
Should the affiliate wish to once again become active, then a new affiliate account must be created to track this activity. The affiliate will no longer be eligible for any commissions generated by the players tracked under the initial account; nor any subsequent account that has been restricted because of inactivity.”

While we would usually view the above term as reasonable as long as not implemented in a fashion that is not simply covering “maintaining the account and the payout procedure”, Affiliate Lounge appear to have widely enforced this term to terminated low turnover accounts, but accounts that it seems likely are still exceeding the levels required to maintain the account.

How long does player revenue last? – Revenue for referred players is paid for the lifetime of the player’s activity.

Affiliates should be aware of the following terms:

“Forfeiture and retention of account monies: Should an affiliate PKR Player Account become dormant, PKR reserves the right to remove dormant account balances. Funds removed in this way are non-refundable.”

““Dormant Account” shall mean any player account which for a period of 12 months or more has not either (a) logged into the account; or (b) had funds withdrawn from it.”

Program Reputation

Player Issues – PKR had a number of player issues in 2008 that seem to relate to seizure of player winnings without clear breach of terms and conditions.

More recently this operation appear to have cancelled a promotion and seized winnings AFTER a player had completed the requirements. They were non-responsive to this issue.

Affiliate Issues – We are aware of no unresolved affiliate issues at any major affiliate portals with PKR Affiliates.

Conclusion

After some significant player issues that arose around 2008, going by how our most recent complaint was handled, nothing much appears to have changed in the PKR camp.

Their affiliate terms are not what we’d consider good. They hold the right to reduce that rate to unsustainable levels if you do not provide a player every 3 months and close your account entirely if you fail to send a player in 6 months. These terms are bad for all affiliates and as such we’d advise you not to work with PKR Partners.
