It is up to you to ensure that you follow the laws and regulations in your jurisdiction, MrStarAffiliates accepts no responsibility or liability for means of marketing which are deemed illegal and we may close your account without prior warning, should such conduct come to our attention. Income deriving from illegal forms of marketing, such as “spamming”, may be seized and withheld at the sole discretion of MrStarAffiliates without any right for you to appeal our decision.”
