Program Reputation

Player Issues – The extended group that MonteCarlo Affiliates belong to have a poor reputation with player, having failed to respond to player complaints at various 3rd party dispute portals on a number of occasions.

In January 2015 we had an extended discussion with this group regarding these issues and were assured that all properties, excluding Bet-At-Home who are being managed separately – will be responsive to player complaints if or when they arise. To date no further complaints have come up that we’re aware of.

For references see – http://thepogg.com/appendix-casino-reviews/#BetClic_Everest_Group.

Affiliate Issues – While MonteCarlo Affiliates have no notable issues, the other affiliate program that covers the majority of this group, BeAffiliates, are Rogued at AffiliateGuardDog due to large scale closure of affiliate accounts and other Predatory behaviour.

Conclusion

From a player perspective the extended BetClicEverest group have a tarnished if somewhat improving reputation.

From an affiliate perspective, the terms that MonteCarlo Affiliates are running are a clear message that they want to move past previous mistakes, with the only term we’ve come across specifically ruling out dormancy closures. However, their term on player activity specifically states that “Active Players will not be removed from an affiliate account” that sounds very much like non-Active players can be removed meaning if they reactivate you don’t get paid for them.

And it’s not possible to ignore the historic issues with these programs. While it has to be admitted that the MonteCarlo Affiliate program have made improvements, what’s to stop them doing the same thing again when they would benefit from dropping unprofitable affiliates?

We’re giving this program the benefit of the doubt by not marking them as ‘Not Recommended’, but this isn’t a program we’d recommend affiliates work with either.

This program is not recommended but listed in our needs work category
