If we do not receive any invoices from you within a further one hundred and eighty three (183) days, any accrued commissions will not be payable. ”

“5.5 Automatic Termination By Us If Your Account Is Inactive. If your Affiliate Cashier Account is inactive, your Agreement and participation in the Affiliate Network will automatically terminate. In this Section, “Inactive” means where you have not requested a cash out any funds (through a withdrawal or a transfer to a Player’s Account) for one hundred and eighty three (183) days or more;. Where automatic termination occurs, we will notify you that your Affiliate Accruals will be frozen. If we do not receive any response from you within one hundred and eighty three (183) days, any funds remaining within your Affiliate Cashier Account will revert to us.”

• Multiple failures to engage with 3rd party dispute mediation.
• Confiscation of winnings based on vague terms and conditions.
• Confiscation of winnings due to playing at multiple properties within the extended 888 white label network, without giving the player any guidance regarding which properties they operate. This extends to both bonus play and self-exclusions.
• A Baccarat game that’s mis-paying on multiple bets.

Conclusion
The volume of player issue with 888 and their white label partners make us very uncomfortable.
Putting that aside and looking only at the affiliate terms and conditions offered by Jackpot Bingo Affiliates there is a significant and glaring terms issue, namely a Minimum Activity Quota that is based on revenue earned. If you have failed to submit an invoice for revenue earned over a 183 day period your account can be closed. When combined with Negative Carry Over, this makes for a very detrimental combination. Consider if you refer a big player who wins a significant enough amount to put you at a substantially negative balance. Even if you were to decide to keep promoting this group to dig your way out, if it takes longer than 183 days to do so, your account can be closed and you’ll never receive earnings for your referred traffic.
