● Software royalties

Conclusion

The number of player complaints against IntraGame are low but that they’ve gone unanswered is concerning. That said, we wouldn’t chastise an affiliate for working with IntraGame on this bases.

The IntraGame terms and conditions have three significantly negative inclusions that we’ll summarize here:

• Negative Carryover policies – if your players have a win large enough to create a significant negative balance for you, this creates a situation where you no longer have any incentive to carry on marketing the program’s brands. This leads to a short-term mind set to working relationship between the affiliate and the program.

• Detagging players after 24 months – any player that fails to place a bet for 24 months will be detagged from your account and you will no longer receive any revenue from future activity.

• Several terms that qualify as Minimum Activity Quotas.

The affiliate terms are negative enough that we’d advise affiliates to look for another program to work with.
