High Roller Policy – Yes, see below:

High Roller Policy: In any given month, if the affiliate total Net revenue in that month is negative (-)$/£/€8,000 or lower and the affiliate has an individual Player that generated a negative Net revenue of (-)$/£/€10,000 or lower, then that Player shall be deemed by Harbour Gaming Affiliates to be a ‘High Roller’ and the High Roller Policy will apply. If the above criteria are met, then the negative Net revenue generated by the ‘High Roller’ will be carried forward and offset only against future Net revenue generated by the ‘High Roller’. The negative balance of the ‘High Roller’ carried forward due to the High Roller Policy, shall not be offset against Net revenue generated by other players. If there is more than one ‘High Roller’, each ‘High Roller’ will carry forward his own negative balance. For example; Month 1 – Affiliate Net revenue from player ABC is negative (-) $/£/€12,000 and the affiliate total Net revenue is negative (-)$/£/€8,000. Month 2 – Affiliate Net revenue from player ABC is $/£/€5,000 and the affiliate total Net revenue is $/£/€20,000. The affiliate commission will be calculated on the following Net revenue: $/£/€20,000 – $/£/€5,000 = $/£/€15,000. The new “‘High Roller’ Net revenue balance of player ABC will be -$/£/€12,000 + $/£/€5,000 = -$/£/€7,000.

How long does player revenue last? – Revenue for referred players is paid for the lifetime of the player’s activity.

Program Reputation

Player Issues – All the Harbour Gaming operators carry a term restricting the withdrawal of progressive jackpots. As these jackpots are paid by the network provider rather than the operator there is no justification for this type of restriction and we view the term as Predatory.

Affiliate Issues – We are aware of no unresolved affiliate issues at any major affiliate portals.

Notes

Harbour Gaming carry the following anti-plagiarism term:

“4.9 Affiliates are not permitted to copy any other Affiliate’s website. The Company reserves the right to suspend and/or terminate an Affiliate’s participation in the Affiliate Program if they are found to have copied another Affiliate’s website.”

Conclusion

Harbour Gaming offer a large range of verticals and languages, across a selection of properties all of which have a sound reputation with players. They carry an affiliate friendly plagiarism term (if you’re an affiliate that focuses on creating quality unique content rather than copying other sites) and the only slight negative would be a High Roller policy, but as these policies go this is one of the fairer ones. Their Predatory approach to the management of progressive jackpots is enough that we won’t send our players to their properties, but we wouldn’t go as far as to criticise another affiliate for doing so.
