Affiliates should be aware of the following term:

“4.1 Referral Fee Payout Requests
Your FastLaneBetting affiliate account must have a minimum of 5 active referred Customers before you will be eligible for Referral Commission payment. Subject to clause 6, you are entitled to one payout per month, providing you have fulfilled the above Customer requirement at the end of the preceding month. Payout requests for any calendar month’s Referral Commissions will be done by the 10th of the following calendar month. The minimum payout request for earned Referral Commission per month is 50,00 € and there is no maximum limit. Referral Commission payments may be requested through the payment methods showed in the Payments page”

Revenue Calculation Formula

Casino

Net Revenue = the value of opening balance with the addition of funds transferred in less (i) funds transferred out (ii) closing balance (iii) credits made to users (iv) monies paid in the form of duties or taxes (or reasonable provisions in respect thereof) (v) licensing fees (vi) charge-backs (vii) bad debts and (viii) fraud.

Live Casino

Net Revenue = the gross rake less (i) poker chips bonus, (ii) charge-backs, (iii) bad debts and (iv) fraud.

Sportsbook

Net Revenue = all gross monies received by us in respect of all settled bets made by Customers after deducting; (i) monies paid out to Customers as winnings; (ii) bad debts; (iii) fraud; (iv) returned stakes; (v) transactions which are reversed by instruction from the card-holder’s bank (commonly referred to as charge-backs); and (vi) voids and (vii) bet/deposit bonuses.

CPA – Available on request.

Negative Carry Over – No. Fraud and charge back expenses will be carried forward and offset against future revenue.

Minimum Payment – €20 (Bank Transfer €250).

Payment Date – Within the first 5 days of the month.

Payment Methods – Credit Cards, Bank transfer, NETELLER, Skrill (formerly Moneybookers)

Sub Affiliate Commission – 5%.

“2.2 Minimum Referral Requirement
All FastLaneBetting affiliates are required to refer a minimum of 5 active Customers within a three month period of joining the program. Should an affiliate not reach this requirement the affiliate account may be closed or revised.”

“You shall incorporate and prominently and continually display the most up-to-date links provided by us on all pages of your website in a manner and location agreed by us and you shall not alter the form, location or operation of the links without our prior written consent. You are eligible for Referral Commissions based upon your continued promotion of Sports, Casino, Poker or Live Casino at FastLaneBetting. We reserve the right to reduce Referral Commission percentages if you reduce your efforts to recruit new Customers. Your reduced or suspended promotion of our sites will be deemed to represent your termination of this Agreement.”

High Roller Policy – None.

How long does player revenue last? – Revenue for referred players is paid for the lifetime of the player’s activity.

Program Reputation

Player Issues – Fastlane Betting is part of the PlayBay group of casinos. This group has been non-responsive to player complaints and has confiscated player winnings due to a player signing up with multiple casinos in their group, but failed to tell players within the terms and conditions which casinos were within their group. If the casino doesn’t tell you which casinos are within their group, how are you supposed to know who you can’t play with?

Affiliate Issues – We are aware of no unresolved affiliate issues at any major affiliate portals.

Conclusion

From a player perspective it simply isn’t safe to play with the Playbay group of casinos. When they fail to clearly define their terms but then enforce them anyway the player can never be sure about what is or isn’t allowed.

From an affiliate perspective things aren’t much better. A short summary of the problem terms follows below:

• Requiring a minimum of 5 players before you can receive any payment – for a small affiliate or a larger affiliate that doesn’t intend to give this program prominent placement this term could significantly delay any potential to actually receive money.

• The right to close your account if you don’t send 5 players within the first 3 months – this sends a clear message that this program are not interested in working with small or developing affiliates.

• A term allowing the reduction of revenue share to an unspecified level if you reduces the exposure this program received – this creates a situation where if you decide to give another program better placement for some time, Fastlane Affiliates can confiscate all of the revenue from the players you’ve already sent through.

Whether it’s for player or affiliate reasons, affiliates shouldn’t be working with Fastlane Affiliates.
