We would interpret the above requirement to be an “active Member” as a requirement to maintain consistent promotion. In other words, if you choose to stop promoting the CasinoReturns properties, they can choose to close your account and stop paying you for your historic referrals.

Conclusion

That CasinoReturns operator a casino on the Nektan platform is a significant concern. This group have been found to be routinely adding bonuses to player accounts that carry such aggressively restrictive terms and conditions that they can more correctly be described as a “tax” than a “bonus”. That being the case we view any affiliate advertising their MobiReels property to be actively damaging their players.

Over and above this though, CasinoReturns carries a subtly worded Minimum Activity Quota, handcuffing the affiliate to promotion of their brands if they want to receive the full value of their historic referrals.

These issues have resulted in us concluding that we would not recommend this program to affiliates.
