Revenue Calculation Formula

Net Revenue = MGR (Monthly Gross Revenue) based on current profit margins or earning percentages (if applicable) – (Includes all taxes, levies, licenses, marketing and administrative costs, transaction costs and all other costs for returned direct debits and bank charges for the respective month and All bonus costs for the respective month)

Payment Date – Within the first 20 days of the month.

Affiliates should be aware of the following term:

“9.10 Default Interest. Subject to section 6.5, if we fail to pay you by the due date any amount payable by us under this agreement, you shall be entitled but not obliged to charge us interest on the overdue amount, from the due date up to the date of actual payment, at the rate of one and a half per cent (1,5%) per annum above the base rate for the time being of Bank of Valletta in Malta.”

Sub Affiliate Commission – 5%.

Affiliates should be aware of the following term:

“4.3 Sub-fees. Subject to section 3.6, you will receive, in accordance with the payment plan and section 4.4 below, your commission on the fees due and payable to your sub-affiliate(s) for real money players they refer to our sites. 2 (two) years after the date on which a sub-affiliate is successfully registered by you, the commission on the fees you receive from a sub-affiliate’s activities / real money players shall automatically be reduced to 0 (zero).”

Terms and Conditions

Minimum Activity Quota – Yes, see below;

“4.6 Automatic Reduction of Revenues. If you fail to send any real money players to our sites for a period of one hundred and eighty (180) consecutive days, then your percentage payment plan will automatically be reduced to 5% on all revenue generated by real money players. The percentage payment plan will remain at 5% until such time as we may determine”

and

“5.5 Automatic Termination by Us if Your Account is Inactive. If your My Account is inactive, your agreement and participation in the partner program will automatically terminate. In this section, “Inactive” means where you have not requested a cash out of any funds for one hundred and eighty (180) days or more. Where automatic termination occurs, we will notify you that your fees will be frozen. If we do not receive any response from you within one hundred and eighty (180) days, any funds remaining within your My Account will revert to us.”

and

“8.1 In the event you do not, for any one hundred and eighty (180) day period, refer any real money players, then the revenue share plan percentage rate, as referred to in the fees page, for all of your referred real money players across all Categories will reduce to five per cent (5%) until such time as you refer at least one real money player, at which point the revenue share plan percentage rate will revert, from the point of qualification of such real money player, to the relevant percentage rate as specified in the payment plan.”

and

“8.2 In the event you do not, for any three hundred and sixty-five (365) day period, refer any real money players then, at our sole discretion, we may take the following action: (i) immediately terminate this agreement, in which case the provisions of section 5.7 shall apply; and/or (ii) immediately render any Trackers inoperative on your real money players and make no further fee payments to you for such real money players. Where automatic suspension occurs under this clause 8.2, your fees will be frozen. If we do not receive any response from you requesting withdrawal of your fees within one hundred and eighty (180) days, any funds remaining in you’re my Account will automatically revert to us.”

“4.9 De-Tracking of Real Money Players. If a real money player doesn’t place a bet on our websites for a period of three hundred and sixty-five (365) days, that real money player will be de-tracked from your Tracker and you will no longer receive fees on that real money player. That player can then be assigned to another affiliate in the event that they return to our website via another affiliate’s tracker.”

Conclusion

CashPoint Partners run a couple of properties that are quality choices for players. However their affiliate terms are far from friendly.

As with all programs that carry Minimum Activity Quotas, we cannot recommend affiliates work with CashPoint Partners. These quotas handcuff the affiliate to the program on a permanent basis if they want to receive full payment for the historic traffic they’ve already sent.

Alongside the above, they detag in active players, carry negative balances forward and only pay 2 years of revenue share on sub-affiliates. In short these are some of the worst affiliate terms we’ve encountered.
