Program Reputation
Player Issues – The BwinParty group, alongside the various other sub-groups that are part of this organization, have been absolute in their refusal to discuss player complaints with 3rd party mediation services and as such have an extensive range of player complaints with no response.

Affiliate Issues – The BwinParty group have retroactive enforced new terms and conditions on old affiliates.

Conclusion
Given the size of the BwinParty group and the number of players they deal with, it may be reasonable for affiliates to view the player issues highlighted above as the exception rather than the rule. We’re not comfortable with the lack of transparency this group has shown with respect to player complaints, but that doesn’t mean that the wrong decisions were necessarily made.
Even putting aside the player issues though, there are plenty of other reasons that affiliates should reconsider any thoughts about working with the BwinParty Partners group. A summary follows below:
• Retroactively changing affiliate terms and conditions – All affiliate programs carry a clause allowing them to change any rule they like at any time they like with no recourse for the affiliate other than to close their account (voiding all future revenue). While this give an absolutely unfair unbalance to the operator in the affiliate contract, essentially making the contract worthless to the affiliate, most operators don’t enforce this term. Where an operator has previously done this it creates a situation where the affiliate has zero security in the relationship.
• Negative Carryover policies – if your players have a win large enough to create a significant negative balance for you, this creates a situation where you no longer have any incentive to carry on marketing the program’s brands. This leads to a short-term mind set to working relationship between the affiliate and the program.
• Reducing revenue on play with other brands. This creates an incentive for the operator to cross promote their brands to players you refer to reduce the revenue they have to pay you.
• Detagging any player who does not play for 12 months.
• Detagging players, reducing commission or closing your account if you do not send a new player for 180 days.
• The right to close your account if you don’t log in or make a withdrawal in any 180 day period.
• Reducing your revenue on referred players after 3 years.
The above is a litany of bad terms for the affiliate, all allowing the operator to reduce or remove your earnings on your hard earned referrals. Even their sub-affiliate terms include a clause to void your earnings.
The BwinParty Partners affiliate program is one that should be avoided by all affiliates.
