Software providers used – SoftMagicDice
Player Issues – Several issues were identified with SoftMagicDice casino software by Michael Shackleford during compiling a review of Mission2Game casino. These included a basic error in both the way Video Poker and Slots games functioned. These types of errors shouldn’t be possible if a game designer actually knew and understood the games they were designing.
Further to this, they offered a Blackjack game that if it functioned fairly would provide a player advantage of 0.75% when played using optimum strategy. Several casino softwares have offered Blackjack games with a player advantage, however these games have largely been burnt out by groups of Advantage Players using bots to beat the game. This has even happened for games with significantly lower player advantages than the one offered by Mission2Game. For a game with this high a player advantage that has received a lot of attention from smart playing groups to survive for long would be remarkable. This game was taken down a shortly after we informed a Boomtown Affiliates rep of our intention to do some play testing.

Affiliate Issues – We are aware of no unresolved affiliate issues at any major affiliate portals.
Simply put, if the SoftMagicDice casino software had been put together by programmers that actually understood the games they were designing the issues that were encountered my Michael Shackleford would never have been there in the first place. While it’s great the errors were fixed it leaves us with no faith in the integrity of the rest of the software.
On top of the above we’re simply not comfortable with the timeline surrounding the removal of the Blackjack game that carried the supposed Player Advantage. Obviously we can’t draw any conclusions as we never got the chance to test this game, but the very existence of a game of this nature is enough to start us wondering and the removal of the game after we expressed concerns to the operator doesn’t set well with us.
For these reasons we simply cannot recommend that affiliates work with BoomTown Affiliates.
