Negative Commissionable revenue generated in any given month by any Players who We, in our sole discretion, determine to be “High Rollers” will be carried forward and offset against future commissionable revenue generated by Players referred by You until such negative commissionable revenue is cleared. The determination of the criteria to categorize a Player as “High Roller” shall be in our sole discretion, and Our sole responsibility in this regard shall be to advise you of the categorisation of any Players referred by you as the same by way of amendment to these terms and conditions. Current criteria for determining our High Roller policy are:
7.4.1. if in any given month a player generates negative commissionable revenue of at least €5,000, and the aggregate commissionable revenue in that month (for the casino) for that Affiliate is negative, then such Player shall be deemed to be a High Roller;

7.4.3. the negative balance carried forward cannot be set-off against other players’ positive commissionable revenue;
7.4.4. the negative balance carried forward cannot be greater than the total aggregate negative commissionable revenue for the affiliate, for that month;

Player Issues – Most of the properties running on the BigWin Affiliate program use the Jumpman Gaming program. Unfortunately the Jumpman Gaming platform carries a maximum withdrawal term that we view to be predatory as it does not exclude the winnings from progressive jackpots.
They also run one property – Cozino – running on the SkillOnNet platform. In 2009-2011 multiple parties, including ThePOGG.com, demonstrated that the gamble feature being run on SkillOnNet Video Poker games was highly likely to be functioning in a non-random fashion.
When we approached the software provider about this issue, they asked for the weekend to confirm our conclusions. After the weekend they came back stating that their own testing had shown the feature to be functioning normally. When we retested the game it was indeed functioning normally.
This leaves us with a 1 in 2000000 chance that the result we received was generated by a fairly functioning game (1 in 50000000000 if the results of the other parties are included) and a 1999999 in 2000000 chance that the game was altered over the weekend.
The game was fixed and has been retested several times since to ensure it remains compliant with fair practice. However whether this was an intentional rig or an accident that was corrected, the highly likely dishonesty displayed in the management of this issue was entirely unacceptable.
Due to the above issue, SkillOnNet have decided that they will no longer cooperate with ThePOGG.com in the management of player complaints due to concerns about bias on our part. This decision came after several complaints against their operators had been managed and resolved positively for the operator and as such seems without bases to us.
We are also uncomfortable with the Responsible Gambling practices being implemented by the SkillOnNet license, having found both their self-exclusion tool and the follow-up communications sent to players about their exclusion to be misleading.

Affiliate Issues – We are aware of no unresolved affiliate issues at any major affiliate portals.
BigWin Affiliates encompass a full spectrum of practices. Their affiliate terms are reasonable and the White Hat Gaming property they work with we’re happy to recommend. The Jumpman Gaming properties they run we’re not willing to send players to, though other affiliates may feel the player term issues aren’t a huge concern. The SkillOnNet property they represent we would actively discourage any player or affiliate from interacting with.
