Terms and Conditions

Minimum Activity Quota – Yes, see below;

“6.10 bet-at-home.com reserves the right to set limits on the activity of affiliate partner accounts. Minimum activity levels will be continuously reviewed andbet-at-home.com reserves the right to restrict any agreement not reaching the minimum level. This limit shall not be unreasonably high and is basically an expression of intent of avoiding accounts where the revenue does not coverbet-at-home.com’s internal costs of maintaining the account and the payout procedure. ”

and

“7.5 bet-at-home.com reserves the right to terminate the agreement in accordance with § 7 paragraph 1 or to reduce commission if the affiliate partner, for whatever reason, does not generate any or generates significantly fewer new customers than in a comparable period in the past. bet-at-home.com will evaluate the results regularly and let the affiliate partner know if they no longer meet the necessary criteria. ”

Program Reputation

Player Issues – Bet-At-Home are owned by the larger BetClic Everest group. This group have been unresponsive to player complaints at all the major 3rd party dispute mediation sites and have on several instances confiscated winnings based on vague terms and conditions.

For references see – http://thepogg.com/appendix-casino-reviews/#BetClic_Everest_Group.

Affiliate Issues – While Bet-At-Home affiliates have no notable issues, the other affiliate program that covers the majority of this group, BeAffiliates, are Rogued at AffiliateGuardDog due to large scale closure of affiliate accounts and other Predatory behaviour.

Conclusion

The group that Bet-At-Home belongs to has a questionable history with players and affiliates alike.

Alongside this the terms and conditions in place at Bet-At-Home Affiliates are significant and bad for affiliates. A summary of the issues can be found below:

• Negative Carryover policies – if your players have a win large enough to create a significant negative balance for you, this creates a situation where you no longer have any incentive to carry on marketing the program’s brands. This leads to a short-term mind set to working relationship between the affiliate and the program.

• Minimum activity quota – this makes the Bet-At-Home Affiliate program significantly less attractive to any small affiliate/affiliate running a small site meaning that regardless of revenue generated you’re always likely to end up earning at the minimum revenue level. Alongside this, for larger affiliates, unless you are intending to specifically push Bet-At-Home (include them in your top 10), there’s a good chance you will be met with the same challenges as smaller affiliates. It should also be remembered that if you ever reduce the exposure these operators receive (i.e. decide to stop working with this group), revenue from your historical player sign-ups will subsequently be reduced to minimum levels.

• The withhold part of your balance (undefined proportion) if you have not made a withdrawal in the last 12 months.

Altogether, in our opinion, affiliates are making a mistake if they choose to work with Bet-At-Home.
