Conclusion

Largely the terms and conditions offered by Aha Partners are positive and reasonable. However the gagging clause they’ve included in their contract represents a significant risk to any affiliate interested in offering genuine reviews and provides the program the option to suppress free speech and force the removal of factually accurate content. This isn’t a policy we would recommend affiliates agree with.
