“6.4. While Ace Revenue features No Negative Carryover for all Affiliate partners, certain referred customers may win large amounts at a partner casino in a calendar month to cause an Affiliate overall earnings to be a negative amount. In case of such an occurrence (commonly referred to as “virtual fencing” in the Affiliate industry), Ace Revenue may, after consulting with the Affiliate, temporarily remove this customer from the Affiliate revenue stream until such time where the customer winnings have been recovered by the partner casino.
Ace Revenue uses the following formula to determine if a customer will be removed from an Affiliate revenue stream:
Net Winnings – Total Withdrawals (Approved) – Calendar Month Bonuses
Once the customer winnings have been recovered, they will be returned to the Affiliate revenue stream. By doing this, your Affiliate partner monthly earnings are protected.”

Programs Reputation

Player Issues – The AceRevenue properties are made up of remnants of the old Virtual group of casinos. This group was widely considered to be one of the worst groups in the business generating very large volumes of player complaints.

More recently both AceRevenue and the other half of the Virtual group GamblingWages have made very public commitments to rectifying the problems of the past and turning their ship around. Many operators have made similar claims in that past that have not lived up to the talk. AceRevenue are beginning to look legitimate however. Since the claim was made at the end of 2013 complaints have dropped off significantly and those that do come in are being dealt with appropriately.

We’ve set a target of 3 years before ThePOGG.com would consider changing the AceRevenue properties status.

Affiliate Issues – We are aware of no unresolved affiliate issues at any major affiliate portals.

Conclusion

From a player perspective, the AffClub Affiliate properties won’t discuss complaints with 3rd party dispute resolution services, this makes them riskier than other operators.

From an affiliate perspective AffClub has a negative carry over term. If your players have a win large enough to create a significant negative balance for you, this creates a situation where you no longer have any incentive to carry on marketing the program’s brands. This leads to a short-term mind set to working relationship between the affiliate and the program.
More than this however, they carry a minimum activity quota allowing them to close your account if you fail to keep promoting them. In our opinion this unfairly handcuffs the affiliate to continued promotion of the program if they are to receive due payment for their previously referred players. As such AffClub hold Not Recommended status.
