Affiliates should be aware of the following term:
“Affiliates must remain active in the 400Affiliate program to earn at the Net Revenue commission levels. An active affiliate is defined by an affiliate who refers a minimum of 3 depositing players in a rolling 6 month period. Affiliates who fail to refer the minimum number of players and are on the revenue share program will have their monthly commission percentage lowered to 15% until they reach the minimum requirement at which time they will once again be back to the standard revenue share program.”

Player Issues – The 400Affiliates properties run on Rival casino software and have had various player issues over the year, over and above those associated specifically with Rival casino software, that have resulted in a generally poor reputation.

Affiliate Issues – We are aware of no unresolved affiliate issues at any major affiliate portals.
Conclusion
While the player issues surrounding the 400Affiliate properties are enough that we won’t work with them, if you absolutely have to have a Rival powered brand to promote you could make worse choices than 400Affiliates.
As far as their affiliate terms are concerned the first improvement they could make would be to have an actual terms page (currently all ‘Terms’ links go to the ‘Privacy Policy’ page which is a very different thing). Beyond that they carry a minimum activity quota that will make it difficult to actually earn anything if you’re a small affiliate or an affiliate that does not intend to give these brands premium exposure and tie bigger affiliates into working permanently with this program if they want to receive the full value of their players. As such we’d advise affiliates to avoid this program.
