In terms of players, 138.com has a good record with no outstanding issues. When it comes to affiliates and choosing to work with 138.com Affiliates there are two (intertwined issues). These are;
• Having retroactively enforced new rules on old affiliates.
• Requiring 5 active players in any month where you are to receive payment
Both these issues came about at the same time (the retroactively enforced rule was the minimum activity requirement).
The first of the above is most concerning as a program that’s chosen to change the rules on affiliates once has set a precedent and is more likely to do so again. Who knows what term they’d change next time round. The second of the above is a big barrier for any smaller affiliate.
