Net Revenue = all revenues directly received by the Group from the use of the Services by Real Money Players, including revenues received by the Group from: the total amount of all bets or stakes made by Real Money Players and the price of all chances sold to Real Money Players less the value of all winnings and prizes due and payable to Real Money Players from; (ii) prize draws; (iii) prize competitions; and/or (iv) entrance fees. Revenue doesnot include: 3.21.1.1.1 transactions using bonus funds or portions of a transaction that use bonus funds; or 3.21.1.1.2 transactions that result from funds that have been repealed, contested, or “charged back”.

Conclusion

As US facing casino operators go, the Mainstreet group are well thought of by players and affiliates alike. Their affiliate program offers exceptionally attractive terms for affiliates that make for a potentially profitable partnership.

The one area of concern we have about this group would be the recent closure of 2 of their casino brands and the out of date look of all of their web properties. Web design is a fast moving world these days and all of the Mainstreet properties are sorely in need of a significant overhaul. This potentially could indicate a group in decline, though that can’t be confirmed, but more directly it will make converting players a tougher job.
