Player Issues – The VIPAffiliate properties have repeatedly failed to engage in discussion of player complaints with various 3rd party dispute mediation services.
They appear to have confiscated winnings based on vague ‘Spirit of the Bonus’ type rules.
They have openly stated that they changed the rules after a player won to justify not paying the player.

Affiliate Issues – We are aware of no unresolved affiliate issues at any major affiliate portals.
Conclusion
Frankly, the management of player complaints by this group is enough in itself for us to tell affiliates that they should not work with VIPAffiliates. Having a look through their terms and conditions only provides further reason not to work with this group, which is summarized below:
• Negative Carryover policies – if your players have a win large enough to create a significant negative balance for you, this creates a situation where you no longer have any incentive to carry on marketing the program’s brands. This leads to a short-term mind set to working relationship between the affiliate and the program.
• High minimum payment.
• Lack of clarity regarding the revenue ladder offered by this program.
We would discourage affiliates from working with VIPAffiliates.
