“In order to be entitled to the Revenue Share based on Net Revenue all Affiliates are required to generate no less than one (1) minimum Affiliate Players in during the duration of our partnership. In the event that an Affiliate does not generate at least one such Affiliate Players, such Affiliate’s entitlement shall drop to 20% of all applicable Net Revenue for such Affiliate Players. In the event that the Affiliate later exceeds the minimum Affiliate Players requirement, as of the date of Affiliates re-instatement, the Affiliate shall be entitled to the percentages based on Net Revenue for future Net Revenue generated by such Affiliate Players. Net Total will be calculated as all gross monies from wagers in the Sportsbook and Casino, less any chargebacks, money paid to customers as winnings, bonuses paid to customers (which includes other payments to players such as free bets, re-activation bonus etc) and processing fees.”

Player Issues – There are no significant player issues that we’re aware of with the TBAffiliate properties.

The TBAffiliate properties carry a dormancy clause that we feel is Predatory in nature.

Affiliate Issues – We are aware of no unresolved affiliate issues at any major affiliate portals.

Conclusion

While we won’t work with any operator carrying the type of dormancy clause that the TBAffiliates properties carry, we understand that other affiliates may not view this as such a significant issue and wouldn’t be overly critical of those affiliates that chose to overlook this issue.

The affiliate terms and conditions on offer at TBAffiliates aren’t great however. Most significant would be a term allowing for the reduction of revenue share to an unrealistic level if no new players are sent through within a two year period. This essentially ties the affiliate to promoting the TBAffiliates brands on a permanent basis if they want to ensure that they receive proper payment for the traffic they’ve already sent through. Alongside this, the program enforces negative carryover, leading to a short term mind set for promoting affiliates.

All in all we can’t recommend that affiliates work with TBAffiliates.
