Revenue Calculation Formula
Net Revenue = gross bets less payouts (calculated using the Client’s software) less (i) progressive contributions (progressive games only); (ii) sign-up bonuses and/or promotions that may have been taken up; (iii) Charge backs and discretionary returns; (iv) Processing costs; and (v) Royalties
CPA – Available on request.
Negative Carry Over – No. Fraud and charge back expenses will be carried forward and offset against future revenue.
Minimum Payment – $/€50 ($/€300 for Bank Transfer).
Payment Date – Within the first 10 days of the month.
Payment Methods – Bank Transfer, Click2Pay, EcoCard, Instadebit, InterCash, Neteller, PaySpark, Skrill (Moneybookers)
Sub Affiliate Commission – 2%. Negative Carry Over is applied to Sub-Affiliate earnings.

Minimum Activity Quota – Yes, see below;
“9.17.1. If you become dormant or inactive for a period of three months or more, at any time during this Agreement, we reserve the right to restructure, on an individual basis, the commission model applicable to your account, including any commissions due to you.”
High Roller Policy – Yes, see below:
“20. Player Quarantine Policy
The Quarantine Policy will come into effect when:20.1 Any player generates a negative net win (in any given month) which is a greater negative than – $3000
20.2 The overall net win for the affiliate in that casino (in any given month) is a greater negative than -$2000
1. If both of the quarantine measures from point 1 are met, the negative net win generated by the player will be taken and compensated against future net wins by that player in future month/s.
2. All players placed in quarantine will be visible for affiliates to view within the profit reporting section in Star Partner.
3. Any player’s quarantine balance carried forward will not be set-off against other players’ net win.
4. Quarantine happens in month 1. If a player wins in month 1 and the other players lose in month 1, the affiliate will be paid commission on the other players in month 1.
5. In the month that a player surpasses his quarantine value, the affiliate will begin earning commission for that player again.”

Program Reputation
Player Issues – One of the StarPartners properties was involved in a fund confiscation that we view as unacceptable. They allowed a player to break a maximum bet term during bonus player repeatedly for months on end over hundreds of deposits. This was fine while the player was losing or only winning small amounts. When the player hit a big win the casino enforced the maximum bet term. When pointed out to the casino that this was unfair practice and that the term needs to be consistently applied they declined to do so. It should be noted that had the term been applied consistently the casino would have been due the player a significant sum of money.

Affiliate Issues – We are aware of no unresolved affiliate issues at any major affiliate portals.
Conclusion
While we will not recommend that players engage with any group that inconsistently enforces terms and conditions in the manner that StarPartner operators have done, given the low level of unresolved player complaints generated by this group we could understand other affiliates choosing to overlook this issue.
For affiliates however, while most of the StarPartner terms are positive, the StarPartner program offers a significantly uncompetitive revenue ladder. The bottom end of their ladder is just above the cutoff line that we would consider effectively a Minimum Activity Quota. While we wouldn’t discourage affiliates from working with StarParnter we would strongly encourage affiliates to consider the terms on offer before partnering with this group.
