Player Issues – The properties operated by the Slotland Affiliates program run on proprietary software. This software openly states that several progressive jackpot video poker games do not function as video poker games should. The progressive jackpot is won when the player hits a Royal Flush. The software reduces the chances of receiving a Royal Flush below that which would occur naturally, thereby altering the probabilities of every other hand occurring. This practice is deceptive, entirely unacceptable and would not be allowed in any well regulated offline jurisdiction.
Previously an issue with the multi-wheel Roulette game offered by this software was reported to us and confirmed. Any player betting straight up on a number on a single wheel could not win at all. When we contacted Slotland about this they corrected the issue and agreed to return player funds. However when they repay players they did so in the form of a bonus rather than cash, meaning that the player had to wager 100xbonus if they decided to play Roulette again, resulting in an expected value far below the losses. This is totally unethical.

Conclusion
The issues with the proprietary software run by this group leave us with no faith whatsoever in the integrity of this platform and their management of the return of funds to wronged players was totally unacceptable. In our opinion if you’re send players to this operator you are doing them a significant disservice and will receive no support from us.
