Player Issues – Rival software as a whole has developed a significantly negative reputation with both players and affiliates. Many Rival powered casino appear to be owned by the software provider but this group have always been secretive regarding the ownership of their various clients. This has created a situation where it’s very difficult to separate the behaviour of the various properties.

Rival software has failed to explain connections (shared Google Analytics accounts) to a testing company, CertainKeys, that did work on the development and testing of their RNG.

Conclusion

The extensive player issues and negative reputation surrounding the Rival software platform make us very reluctant to recommend that players engage with any Rival operator. As such in our opinion any affiliate sending players to this group to be actively damaging the users coming to their site.

To top all of this off, Riviera Affiliates fail to define critical information for the affiliate, like whether they carry negative balances forward or what minimum earned revenue is required to receive a payment.
