Program Reputation
Player Issues – The Rewards Affiliates properties have a range of player issues.
They have been documented in several cases to request Notarized ID for low balances. As these requests require an appointment with a lawyer which costs the player money they should not be used on low balances and should only be used as a last resort.
We are aware of one instance where the Casino Rewards group changed the terms and conditions after play to justify not paying a player as they did not like what the player was doing. To be fair, what the player was doing was fairly blatant in its exploitation of a loophole in terms and conditions, but the cold truth is that there was no term in place prohibiting what the player was doing.
The Casino Rewards bonus policies have resulted in several instances where players deposit after receiving promotional invites only to find out that they have been bonus banned and are then required to meet additional security requirements just to get their deposit returned to them.
The Rewards Affiliate group or some of their partners engage in aggressive email marketing strategies that many players consider to be bordering on spam.
The Casino Rewards group are willing to discuss player complaints but not to share evidence, resulting in a number of complaints where no ruling can be made.

Affiliate Issues – We are aware of no unresolved affiliate issues at any major affiliate portals.
Conclusion
While the player issues with the Rewards Affiliates groups are significant enough – especially when considered alongside their unwillingness to engage in dispute mediation – that ThePOGG will not work with them, they are not so severe that we would castigate other affiliates for working with them.
While there are better programs to choose on an all-round level, Rewards Affiliates offer decent affiliate terms and conditions.
