Program Reputation

Player Issues – Rival software as a whole has developed a significantly negative reputation with both players and affiliates. Many Rival powered casino appear to be owned by the software provider but this group have always been secretive regarding the ownership of their various clients. This has created a situation where it’s very difficult to separate the behaviour of the various properties.

Rival software has failed to explain connections (shared Google Analytics accounts) to a testing company, CertainKeys, that did work on the development and testing of their RNG.

VegasRegal themselves have been unresponsive to several complaints, have used vague terms and conditions to justify fund seizures and appear to have been involved in a retroactive enforcement of terms against a winning player.

Affiliate Issues – We are aware of no unresolved affiliate issues at any major affiliate portals.

Conclusion

The extensive player issues and negative reputation surrounding the Rival software platform make us very reluctant to recommend that players engage with any Rival operator. Alongside the general Rival issues, VegasRegal has been involved in a number of other controversial issue that appear to have left players short changed. As such, in our opinion, any affiliate sending players to this group will be actively damaging the users coming to their site.
To top all of this off, the Regal Affiliate program fails to define what their Revenue Ladder is stating only that affiliates earn between 30% and 50% without providing any information of the qualifying criteria for each band.

All in all this is a program to be avoided.
