Revenue Calculation Formula

Net Revenue = the sum total of all of a Real New Player’s bets while playing at the casino, less the winnings of the Real New Player, less any credits, bonus or promotional amounts given to the Real New Player, less any chargebacks (including amounts paid as a result of credit card abuse or fraud, or paid to a Real New Player by The Casino to settle a claim involving the allegation of credit card or other abuse or fraud) or any uncollectable revenue attributable to Real New Player

Affiliates should be aware of the following terms:

“11.6.1 CPA Commission of $250 and lower requires a minimum deposit/s of $50 by the player before the Affiliate will earn CPA from the player. These deposits can be made up over accumulative deposits.
11.6.2 CPA Commission higher than $250, requires a minimum deposit/s of $75 by the player before the Affiliate will earn CPA from the player. These deposits can be made up over accumulative deposits.
11.6.3 CPA Commission above $250 will be paid over a 2 month period to allow the casino time to assess the quality of the traffic.
11.6.4 An affiliate can only earn CPA once per player across all 5 brands. IE: Should the player deposit and play at all 5 brands, CPA will only be paid once for that particular player.”

Player Issues – The Refilliate group appear to generate fewer player complaints than the standard Rival casino operator and do appear to be more responsive to the complaints that do arise than their peers.

However in one VERY concerning incident a Tropica casino representative dealt with a player complaint in an extremely hostile manner, even going so far as to threaten to publish the players personal information. While this player may or may not have been engaged in fraud, the tone of response was of an entirely unprofessional nature and the threats made would have breached privacy laws. In short this episode is completely unacceptable.

Affiliate Issues – We are aware of no unresolved affiliate issues at any major affiliate portals.

Conclusion

The Refilliates program is a difficult issue for us. The vast majority of Rival programs hold Blacklisted status with POGGWebmasters and for good reason. The handling of the dispute detailed above has resulted in Blacklisting on ThePOGG for all the Refilliate properties. The only thing that makes us reluctant to Blacklist Refilliates is there unusual willingness to cooperate in the management of player complaints and the hope that the behaviour displayed in the dispute detailed above was a one off that will never reoccur.
