Player Issues – BetVictor have made clear that they will not discuss player complaints with any 3rd party, regardless of the relevant permissions being granted. Given that they provide the infrastructure to McBookie we presume this policy extends to this operator.

Affiliate Issues – In November 2015 BetVictor enforced negative carry over terms on all affiliate accounts. This was also applied at McBookie Affiliates. We view this type of retroactive enforcement of new terms to be an unethical business practice.
From a player perspective McBookie are a well thought of operator and we would certainly have no problem with an affiliate that chose to promote them.
From an affiliate perspective, McBookie have engaged in practices that we consider to be completely unacceptable. Where programs retroactively enforce new terms and conditions on old affiliates they create a situation where there is effectively no contact to protect the affiliate. Any rule can be changed at any time and the only fall-back the affiliate has is to give up all of their historic traffic.
We would advise all affiliates not to work with McBookie Affiliates.
