“5.2 On joining this affiliate program your account will be set to our default commission of 20% of net revenue raising to 40% based upon your performance but subject to achieving new Qualified Accounts in any 3 month period where failure to do so will result in a base commission rate of 12.5% of net revenue.”

“5.16 Where the arrangement is based on a Revenue Share, if no gaming revenue is generated for a continuous period of 180 days, your account will become dormant, at which point funds remaining in your account will be removed.”

Player Issues – Historically the iAffiliate venues have been inconsistent in their willingness to engage in the management of player complaints via 3rd party dispute resolution services. However in early 2018 we appear to have managed to have established a working relationship for complaint management. As such we are optimistic that this will continue to develop over the next 12 months.

The iAffilaite terms and conditions have some significant negatives that affiliates should be aware of before considering working with this group, which are summarized below:

• Negative Carryover policies – if your players have a win large enough to create a significant negative balance for you, this creates a situation where you no longer have any incentive to carry on marketing the program’s brands. This leads to a short-term mind set to working relationship between the affiliate and the program.

• The right to drop your revenue to unsustainable levels (12.5%) if you fail to send a new player in a 3 month period. For a small affiliate, or an affiliate who simply doesn’t intend this group to have premium placement, this represents a significant risk to your earning potential.

• The right to seize the funds in your account if you do not request a withdrawal/send a new player for 180 days.

All things considered there are better programs that affiliates can work with for both themselves and their players.
