Affiliate Issues – In April 2015 the Genesys group of casinos made a term update that matched exactly with a term update by the Grand Prive group of casinos right down to the same unusual spelling (Viet Nam rather than Vietnam). This is a strong indication that these groups are involved in some fashion. When approached about this a Genesys rep stated that this update was as a result of the shared software provider (BetOnSoft). This explanation doesn’t make sense however as the Firebrand group of casinos – who also use BetOnSoft software – did not make this term update. In the opinion of ThePOGG.com it is likely that Genesys and Grand Prive are associated in some non-public fashion, likely to be shared ownership.

Conclusion

Genesys Affiliates run a group of casinos that are well thought of by players for a US facing provider.

Their affiliate terms and conditions are positive as far as thing go.

What puts us off this group is the apparent association with Grand Prive Affiliates, a group with a significantly negative reputation with affiliates and some black marks to their name with players as well. This connection isn’t enough that we’d actively discourage affiliates from working with Genesys Affiliates, but neither would we encourage you to work with them.
