Affiliate Issues – In late September 2018 multiple affiliates confirmed an issue wherein players from the UK that were sent to Freaky Vegas were not being tracked to the affiliate accounts correctly. It took the Freaky Vegas team a significant length of time to respond to this issue and where they did – despite clear evidence of an issue – they waited over a month offering no feedback and made no effort to inform their affiliate partners of the issue. We find this business practice unacceptable – where an issue that had the potential to detrimentally impact their business partners was clearly evident partners should have been informed immediately to limit the potential harm.

Conclusion

In light of the UK player tracking issues that were identified at Casinomeister and the lack of appropriate action taken to protect affiliates from further risk/harm subsequent to the identification of this issue, we cannot recommend that affiliates partner with Freaky Vegas Affiliates.
