We would interpret the above requirement to be an “active Member” as a requirement to maintain consistent promotion. In other words, if you choose to stop promoting the Fable Affiliates properties, they can choose to close your account and stop paying you for your historic referrals.

Player Issues – Fable Affiliate properties run on the Nektan and CozyPlay casino platforms. Nektan has been found routinely issuing bonuses to players that are actively detrimental to the player regardless of how they are used (cost the player more than playing without a bonus due to aggressively prohibitive terms and conditions). We view this practice to be deceptive and dishonest in marketing terms as the term “bonus” suggests a positive while these marketing activities serve as a tax to players.
Aside from the Nektan issues, the other operators that Fable Affiliates represent carry predatory terms and conditions, ranging from dormancy issues to restricting payouts on progressive jackpots

Conclusion
That Fable Affiliates operator a casino on the Nektan platform is a significant concern. This group have been found to be routinely adding bonuses to player accounts that carry such aggressively restrictive terms and conditions that they can more correctly be described as a “tax” than a “bonus”. That being the case we view any affiliate advertising their Fortune Frenzy property to be actively damaging their players.
Over and above this though, Fable Affiliates carries a subtly worded Minimum Activity Quota, handcuffing the affiliate to promotion of their brands if they want to receive the full value of their historic referrals.
These issues have resulted in us concluding that we would not recommend this program to affiliates.
