Program Reputation

Player Issues – The EuroKings group of casinos use the SkillOnNet software provider. In 2009-2011 multiple parties, including ThePOGG.com, demonstrated that the gamble feature being run on SkillOnNet Video Poker games was highly likely to be functioning in a non-random fashion.

When we approached the software provider about this issue, they asked for the weekend to confirm our conclusions. After the weekend they came back stating that their own testing had shown the feature to be functioning normally. When we retested the game it was indeed functioning normally.

This leaves us with a 1 in 2000000 chance that the result we received was generated by a fairly functioning game (1 in 50000000000 if the results of the other parties are included) and a 1999999 in 2000000 chance that the game was altered over the weekend.

The game was fixed and has been retested several times since to ensure it remains compliant with fair practice. However whether this was an intentional rig or an accident that was corrected, the highly likely dishonesty displayed in the management of this issue was entirely unacceptable.

Due to the above issue, SkillOnNet have decided that they will no longer cooperate with ThePOGG.com in the management of player complaints due to concerns about bias on our part. This decision came after several complaints against their operators had been managed and resolved positively for the operator and as such seems without bases to us.

We are also aware of an instance where a SkillOnNet operator disclosed a player’s personal information accidentally to a non-authorised party.

When doing the research for this article we discovered that the EuroKings Affiliates (the other major SkillOnNet casino group) contact email address was redirecting to support@class1affiliates.com. Class1Affiliates was the affiliate program that previously represented Class1 Casino which was a rebranding of Maxima casino. Both these casinos developed a markedly negative reputation and ended up Rogued at CasinoMeister due to mistreatment of players. It seems highly likely given the above that EuroKings Affiliates is being run by the same group that originally ran Class1Affiliates/casino.

Affiliate Issues – In late 2014 an affiliate was found to be engaged in large scale hacking of WordPress sites. They were using security loopholes to access the sites then uploading a page of casino reviews. All affiliate programs have clear terms and conditions prohibiting this type of marketing. While some affiliate programs managed to shut this affiliate down quickly and stopped appearing on the hacked sites quickly, other programs either failed to stop the affiliate from opening new accounts or simply didn’t shut down the original accounts.

Some of the brands being operated by the extended SkillOnNet group continued to appear on these sites for many months after they were made aware of this issue.

EuroKings Affiliates appears to be the same group that ran Class1Affiliates – a program that angered affiliates by closing down without informing their partners, leaving affiliate sending traffic to a dead end.

Conclusion

The software issues SkillOnNet have been associated with have ensured that ThePOGG network will never work with a SkillOnNet operator. We have no confidence in the integrity of this operator.

In our opinion EuroKings Affiliates is likely just a reinvention of Class1Affiliates, a program that obtained a highly negative reputation for itself with both players and affiliates.

As an affiliate if you’re working with this group you are, in our opinion, doing a disservice to the players you serve and as such will receive no help from us.
