Revenue Calculation Formula

Casino

Net Revenue = the amount of Casino bets minus Casino winnings minus Casino bonuses plus adjustments to Casino bonuses minus 4% processing fees on player deposits and withdrawals.

Poker

Net Revenue = the total of all Player Rakes plus Poker tournament entry fees minus Poker bonuses minus 4% processing fees on player deposits and withdrawals.

Sportsbook

Net Revenue = the total of all Sports Betting stakes minus Sports Betting winnings minus Sports Betting bonuses plus adjustments to Sports Betting bonuses minus 4% processing fees on player deposits and withdrawals.

Player Issues – The EuroPartners group have been repeatedly unresponsive to player complaints and have been involved in what we view as Predatory enforcement of bonus terms and conditions.

The EuroPartners group enforce withdrawal restrictions on Progressive Jackpot winnings. As Progressive Jackpots are paid out by the software provider jackpot pool, there’s no justification for enforcing this type of restriction other than to try and frustrate the winning player into losing back part of the win.

Affiliate Issues – We are aware of no unresolved affiliate issues at any major affiliate portals.

Conclusion

The EuroPartners group are in our opinion a significantly negative group for player to select. Between failures to engage with dispute mediators and terms that restrict payment of Progressive Jackpots, they’re not a group we’d be comfortable sending players to.

Even as an affiliate if the player issues didn’t bother you, EuroPartners do not make a good choice. A quick summary of the issues with their terms and conditions follows below:

• Negative Carryover policies – if your players have a win large enough to create a significant negative balance for you, this creates a situation where you no longer have any incentive to carry on marketing the program’s brands. This leads to a short-term mind set to working relationship between the affiliate and the program.

• Reducing revenue on play after 3 months with no new sign-ups to an uncompetitive level.

• Closing your account if you have 45 days with no activity on your account. This creates a situation where if you’ve invested a lot of time and money in sending players to this brand then choose to work with another program instead, the revenue generated on the players that you previously send can be stripped from you without any recourse. Even for brands that carry this type of term this is a very short time limit

These terms represent a significant risk to any affiliate’s ability to earn with EuroPartners and as such we would not recommend working with this program.
