These levels will be subject to continuous review, and the Company has the right to terminate the Agreement of any Affiliate who does not achieve the minimum required. Said limits will not be set at an unreasonable level; they are intended to prevent the Company making a loss through accounts wherein the cost to the Company of supporting the account and pay-outs is greater than the revenue accrued.”

We view the above term as reasonable as long as not implemented in a fashion that is not simply covering the costs of maintaining the account.

A) any and all references to www.Lanadas.com, www.Lanadas.dk & www.Dealerscasino.com websites must be removed from the Affiliate Website(s) and any of the Affiliate’s communications, notwithstanding the nature of said communications;”

This term effectively grants the affiliate program the right to censor anything you may publish on your site, whether factually accurate or not if they decide to terminate the affiliate agreement. This is extremely detrimental to any affiliate who engages in reviewing activity.

Conclusion

Where players are concerned, the EMGroup Partners properties run on a reputable platform that is consistently open and cooperative when complaints do come up. We have absolutely no concerns there.

For affiliates though, the gagging clause that this program has chose to include is significantly problematic. Of course commercial content has to be removed when the relationship is terminated. But factually inaccurate non-commercial content is already covered by libel laws. There’s no need to include a term like this for inaccurate material. As such the only reason to include this term is to force the removal of factually accurate content that the operator simply does not want you to share. For any affiliate that has any stake in ensuring player trust this term is extremely problematic.

This affiliate program is recommended
