Program Reputation
Player Issues – The DeckMedia properties have been inconsistent in their response to player complaints at various 3rd party dispute mediation services and appear to have enforced unethically vague terms to justify non-payment of winnings.
There has also been one documented instance where a payment sent to a player by a DeckMedia property resulted in the player’s card being locked. The casino then refused to help the player or offer any recourse of compensation. While the operator could not contact the bank without jeopardising their own business, they should have known enough not to process a transaction in the manner they did in the first place and that they washed their hands of the situation after creating the mess is not reassuring.

Conclusion
This group of operators have engaged in what we view as seriously problematic and predatory treatment of players. We would not recommended affiliates work with this group.
