Player Issues – The DeckMedia properties have been inconsistent in their response to player complaints at various 3rd party dispute mediation services and appear to have enforced unethically vague terms to justify non-payment of winnings.
There has also been one documented instance where a payment sent to a player by a DeckMedia property resulted in the player’s card being locked. The casino then refused to help the player or offer any recourse of compensation. While the operator could not contact the bank without jeopardising their own business, they should have known enough not to process a transaction in the manner they did in the first place and that they washed their hands of the situation after creating the mess is not reassuring.

Affiliate Issues – We are aware of no unresolved affiliate issues at any major affiliate portals.
For a long running US facing operator the DeckMedia properties have generated relatively few player complaints. The nature and management of some of the complaints make us uncomfortable recommending them to players however.
From an affiliate perspective, we would understand if an affiliate viewed the highlighted player issues as not enough to dismiss this program. As far as their affiliate terms and conditions go, they are reasonable with no significantly concerning issues.
