Player Issues – The licenses holders for the Crazy Affs properties – Topia Solutions N.V. – have been connected to the Game Tech Group both via their software provider Gamescale, a software provider that has historically only provided games to the Game Tech Group and other associated companies, and via Ubiquin Solutions, a payment processing company that again historically has only provided services to the Game Tech Group and other associated companies.
The Game Tech Group N.V. operators have a large array of player issues.
This group have been caught running fake versions of Net Entertainment games. As far as we are aware the current Net Entertainment games they offer are genuine.
To begin with they carry terms and conditions restricting the maximum allowed bet a player can make, even when not playing with a bonus. This is highly problematic as players who decline bonuses expect to be able to play without restriction beyond those detailed within the games they play. Worse than this however, this group have been enforcing this rule on the entire balance. For example a player makes a deposit and places one bet that violates the maximum bet rule, the operator then considers all funds in the player’s balance void to them. This term and the way it’s being used is beyond Predatory and goes all the way into totally unethical.
During the management of a complaint dealing with the above, when it became clear that we would not support the operator in this practice instead directing the player to the operator’s regulator the operator became non-responsive. This then impacted another complaint where the operator openly admitted that they were due payment to the player and had agreed to pay the necessary instalments. When they became non-responsive to us they once again stopped paying the instalments that’d they’d acknowledged they owed. It should be noted that this issue was ultimately resolved when the operator paid the final instalment 3 years after the player won.
The Malta Gaming Authority ultimately ruled against the use of these terms and conditions after taking legal advice that concluded that the terms would not be compliant with European consumer rights laws, but the Game Tech Group N.V. refused to comply with the ruling as they’d switched to an alternative regulator by this point.
Throughout our experiences with this group we have seen numerous examples of the operator manipulating players with a ‘maybe if you played a bit more we’d be able to pay you faster’ approach after extended payment delays. This in entirely unacceptable as a professional practice.
Properties on this license have also been non-responsive to player complaints submitted to this service.

Conclusion
The clear associations between Topia Solutions N.V. and Game Tech Group N.V. should be highly concerning for any player or affiliate. The Game Tech Group N.V. are one of the most widely recognised rogue operators in the industry and any affiliate that is sending traffic to companies associated with this group are, in our opinion, putting their traffic at risk and damaging the industry as a whole. We cannot emphasise strongly enough that we view affiliates working with these companies to share culpability with the operator when players are mistreated.
