Player Issues – Rembrandt casino were involved in a serious player issue involving the non-payment of a substantial balance. The player in question claims that the term allowing this non-payment was not present at the time of play and presented a screen shot of a Google Cache page from the specific date showing the page without the term. A year after the issue first came to light a representative of the operator contact several portals to try to resolve this issue claiming that the screenshot presented by the player was a forgery.
Having reviewed the evidence supporting this claim, we don’t feel that it bears scrutiny. However, neither does it prove that the screen shot is not a forgery and other activities that this particular player has engaged in leave us concerned about their integrity.
This issue is concerning, specifically the length of time it took the operator to properly engage with the complaint, but it appears to be a one off issue and no clear conclusion can be drawn for or against the operator.

Affiliate Issues – We are aware of no unresolved affiliate issues at any major affiliate portals.
The length of time this operator took to respond to a very serious player claim is concerning, but as this hasn’t been occurred as a regular practice can be viewed as an isolated incident.
From an affiliate perspective there are no notable affiliate complaints and Condor affiliates offer a competitive set of terms and conditions with no cross property bundling and reasonable revenue share.
If we could prove with absolute certainty that this group had retroactively changed terms and conditions we would be actively discouraging affiliates from working with them. As things stand affiliates choose this group at their own risk.
