Program Reputation
Player Issues – The Commission365 properties have an extensive history of non-payment/slow payment of players. This has resulted in a large number of player complaints submitted to multiple different dispute mediation portals.
Even where this group do decide to pay, payments often take several months and are broken down into a payment plan without justification via terms and conditions or discussion with the player (i.e. the player is simply paid a smaller amount than they requested and told that the rest will be paid at a later date.
We’re also aware of instances where significant transactions fees have been charged on payouts from this group. Commission365 have stated that these must have been charged by the player’s bank. When the bank have been asked they have refuted this in written format.
For references see – http://thepogg.com/appendix-casino-reviews/#Commission365_Group.
Affiliate Issues – We are aware of no unresolved affiliate issues at any major affiliate portals.
Notes
Affiliates should be aware that Commission365 carry the following term:
“We retain the right to pass on any financial costs to your account that we may incur due to increased bandwidth actioned by campaigns operated in the name of your account.”
Conclusion
The Commission365 program doesn’t have much to be concerned about in terms of negative terms and conditions (though they do carry an odd term that appears to allow them to charge the affiliate for bandwidth if the affiliate sends a lot of traffic) or affiliate complaints. What they do have is an extensive history of player payment issues. These are so extensive that it really isn’t something that can be ignored.
In short, if you as an affiliate are sending players to the Commission365 properties, you are actively doing them a disservice and as such we will not support you.
