“4.3.CGP also reserves the right to withhold partial or complete payments in cases of Fraudulent Player Actions, Chargebacks, and other specific instances, where intervention is required. In the event of no negative carry over and that an Affiliate has a player that has won more than $25,000 (a “Big Winners”) in a single month which causes the Affiliates overall earnings to be negative, CPG reserves the right to contact the Affiliate and temporarily remove the Big Winner from the Affiliates Channel (herein known as “Virtual fencing”).The formula that CPG will use to determine if a player has won more than $25,000 is on Net winnings less Total Approved Withdrawals less Bonuses from the first of the month until midnight on the last day of the month. The following outlines the Virtual fencing process:

a. In the event that a player wins over $25,000 causing the referring Affiliates earnings to be negative at month’s end, that player will be temporarily removed or Virtual fenced from under the Affiliate, until which time the Big Winner has lost back their winnings.
b. Earnings from the current month will be retained by the Affiliate, as the Big Winner will be virtual fenced in the month in which the win occurred.
c. Once the negative net win from the Big Winner is recouped, they will be returned to the Affiliate to earn off future positive net win.
d. CPG must disclose any details of virtually fenced Big Winners if requested by affiliate. CPG will send daily report of virtually fenced player until negative net win is recouped and player will be returned to affiliate. ”

Program Reputation

Player Issues – SlotPower are also represented by the Refilliate group.

The Refilliate group appear to generate fewer player complaints than the standard Rival casino operator and do appear to be more responsive to the complaints that do arise than their peers.

However in one VERY concerning incident a Tropica casino representative dealt with a player complaint in an extremely hostile manner, even going so far as to threaten to publish the players personal information. While this player may or may not have been engaged in fraud, the tone of response was of an entirely unprofessional nature and the threats made would have breached privacy laws. In short this episode is completely unacceptable.

Affiliate Issues – We are aware of no unresolved affiliate issues at any major affiliate portals.

Conclusion

Coin Gaming Partners shows all the signs of a program in decline. Their site has a copyright notice two years out of date and one of the operators that they present as a primary product appears to have been bought out by another group.

If this group are still in operation they’re dealing in Rival casinos and BitCoin operations. Both of these groups have developed negative reputations due to the activities of other operators in the same market subsets.

While there’s nothing within the terms and conditions that would specifically put us off this group, there’s just no way that we’d recommend affiliates partner with this program.
