In one incident that we encountered the operator continued to accept play from a play despite the player having directly informed them of addiction issues. Their response to this complaint was that the player had not contacted the right email address to deal with an account closure of this nature. “9.2 The Parties hereby agree that on termination of this Agreement:

This term effectively grants the affiliate program the right to censor anything you may publish on your site, whether factually accurate or not if they decide to terminate the affiliate agreement. This is extremely detrimental to any affiliate who engages in reviewing activity.

Conclusion

Operated on a weakly licensed platform that has historically been non-responsive to player complaints, while Casoo have been responsive to some complaints their Responsible Gambling policies have prove to be totally inadequate in the modern industry and their attitude towards support vulnerable players seems to be firmly rooted in ensuring that they can pocket as much cash as possible. As such we cannot recommended this program to other affiliates.
