Player Issues – We are aware of no unresolved player issues at any major mediation portals..

Affiliate Issues – Having reviewed the CasiPartners terms and conditions they are a clear word for word copy of the terms and conditions used by Rival run affiliate programs. This means that either this program has copied their terms and conditions form somewhere else, or more likely in our opinion, are related in some manner to Rival or one of their operators.

The terms and conditions were completely redrafted at the start of February 2016.

Conclusion

The CasiPartners program appears to be associated with Rival software or some of the Rival casino operators as there terms and conditions were at the time of the initial review a direct lift from the terms used by many Rival operators. The Rival operators in our opinion are a highly questionable lot and this association with an unknown entity within this group makes us very uncomfortable. As this is the only issue we’re aware of with this program they will be listed as ‘Needs Work’, but affiliates should approach with caution.
