Revenue Calculation Formula
Net Revenue = the gross wagers/rakes attributable to a Brand Player, less any payouts, credits, bonuses or promotional amounts given, processing charges, licensing fees, charge backs, and any other deductions the Brand is entitled to make in respect of that Player.

“4.2 The Commission referral percentage rate to be paid is agreed between the Affiliate and the Brand affiliate manager after registration. Once a commission is agreed, it shall not be changed to any other commission except with the written consent of the Brand, which consent may be granted or withheld in its sole discretion. Any negative monthly balance will be waived and not carried forward to any other month. However should the Affiliate generates a negative monthly balance for 3 (three) consecutive months, the negative amount accrued will be carried forward until a positive balance is achieved. Should the Affiliate generate a negative monthly balance for 6 (six) consecutive months, then the Platform reserves the right to close the Affiliate account.”

Should this not be possible, the account will be suspended or deleted at PLAYPEARLS Affiliations’ own discretion.”

Affiliates should be aware of the following term:
“3.13 By applying to be registered as Master Affiliate and / or Sub-Affiliate of the Affiliate Programme, the Affiliate accepts that: The Affiliate account will have a validity of 6 (six) months from the date of the registration. 1 (one) month prior to the expiry date of the contract, PLAYPEARLS Affiliation will be getting in touch with the Affiliate via e-mail as to renew the Affiliate’s contract.
A further notice of renewal will be sent on the day of expiry of the Affiliate’s contract.
A post-expiry e-mail will be sent 1 (one) week after the expiry date should there be no renewal of account.”
and
“5.3 Any Master Affiliate / Sub-Affiliate account that would not have been renewed as per clause 3.13 will be closed at PLAYPEARLS Affiliation’s discretion.”
These terms suggest that you need to constantly revalidate sub-affiliate referrals otherwise they will be detagged.
Conclusion
As far as your players are concerned Casino Royal Dragon seems to offer a reasonable product.
For affiliates this isn’t the case. The Casino Royal Dragon Affiliate terms and conditions seem to be intentionally set up to offer an unattractive product. They fail to define a basic revenue ladder, they state that they don’t have Negative Carry Over, then introduce a term that allows Negative Carry Over and a Minimum Activity Quota if you have 3 months of negative results and they make any sub-affiliate referrals a constant process of renewing the referral. These sort of terms don’t speak well of the attitude of the team that put them together and we would recommend that affiliates find another partner to work with.
