Conclusion

The Broadway Gaming properties have a generally good reputation but we find their unwillingness to discuss complaints at the least concerning. Nevertheless, given that few complaints have arisen we could understand other affiliates not seeing this as a significant issue.

What is a significant issue for affiliates is the lack of clearly defined terms and conditions. Their program provides no information on Revenue Program. This is a significant oversight in the market they work in, though not so significant that we’d berate an affiliate for working with this program.
