Brightshare Affiliates are part of the extended Fortune Lounge group. This group were ineffective in shutting down the account of affiliates engaged in hacking. As such we would suggest affiliates choose an alternative partner. Close

Program Reputation
Player Issues – The BrightShare properties have been inconsistent in their response to player complaints across a variety of 3rd party dispute mediation portals. This is a large group with a large player base and the proportion of complaints is small and generally appear to be related to potential multi-accounting issues.
This lack of transparency when it comes to complaints is still concerning.

Affiliate Issues – In late 2014 an affiliate was found to be engaged in large scale hacking of WordPress sites. They were using security loopholes to access the sites then uploading a page of casino reviews. All affiliate programs have clear terms and conditions prohibiting this type of marketing. While some affiliate programs managed to shut this affiliate down quickly and stopped appearing on the hacked sites quickly, other programs either failed to stop the affiliate from opening new accounts or simply didn’t shut down the original accounts.
Some of the brands being operated by the extended Fortune Lounge group continued to appear on these sites for many months after they were made aware of this issue.

Conclusion
While the properties represented by BrightShare have notable enough player issues that ThePOGG.com is not prepared to recommend them to players, we would not overtly criticise other affiliates for doing so based on player issues.
Overall the affiliate terms offered by BrightShare are reasonable. The only questionable issue is the term stating that only players that deposit within the first 90 days of signing up will be tagged to your account, but overall this is unlikely to have a major impact on your ability to earn with this program.
What is more of a concern is that properties within the extended FortuneLounge group have been ineffective in preventing their brands appearing on hacked affiliate sites when other reputable operators have coped. This suggests that this group have either chosen to work with groups engaged in illegal activity or have ineffective preventative security procedures. This has angered many in the affiliate community and as such all FortuneLounge related programs hold Not Recommended status.
