Affiliates should be aware of the following:

“Non-Competition
During the term of this Agreement and for a period of six (6) months thereafter, the Affiliate will not seek, in any way, to undermine the goodwill of the Program, and in particular, the Affiliate will not, directly or indirectly: (1) solicit or entice or attempt to solicit or entice, work away from the Program; (2) solicit or entice or attempt to solicit or entice any of the employees of the Program to enter into employment service with the Affiliate or a competitor of the Program; or (3) directly or indirectly enter into any agreement or contract, written or otherwise, with any Client or otherwise provide services to any third party for the ultimate benefit of a Client which might, in the opinion of the Program, compete with any services provided by the Program to that Client.“

Part (3) of this term effectively means that you cannot work with any other affiliate program while working with BetWinner Affiliates.

Conclusion

Where an operator is caught running non-legitimate games they are misrepresenting the product they are selling to their players. This can only either demonstrate a lack of due diligence in establishing the credentials of the business partners they work with or complicity in actions that infringe on copyrighted products and endanger players. That being the case we view any affiliate who is working with properties within the extended group involved with 1xBit to be wilfully risking their own readership and they will receive no assistance from us.

Alongside this the Non-Competition clause built into this contract is so expansive and prohibitive to running a successful affiliate business that there is no way we’d ever recommend any affiliate agree to it.
