Player Issues – Bet365 have continued to run several card games from the Finsoft provider. This provider was shown to have altered the probabilities of occurrence of the cards in some of their games away from those that would naturally occur when playing with a deck of cards. Most well regulated gambling jurisdictions would not allow this practice.

Conclusion

With regard to player issues at Bet365, ThePOGG.com will not work with any operator that knowing offers games that are deceptive and do not conform to the natural probabilities of the physical object they represent.

That said, we are talking about a small number of games that are likely to be low traffic.

It’s also fair to say that for the size of the Bet365 operation the number of unanswered complaints is small.

If Bet365 Affiliates offered decent terms and conditions we’d almost consider leaving them at ‘Needs Work’ status. However, their affiliate terms and conditions are also poor:

• Negative Carryover policies – if your players have a win large enough to create a significant negative balance for you, this creates a situation where you no longer have any incentive to carry on marketing the program’s brands. This leads to a short-term mind set to working relationship between the affiliate and the program.

• The right to close your account if you fail to send 5 players in the first 3 months.

• The right to reduce your commission to unspecified levels if you “reduce your effort” to promote Bet365.

As with all programs that carry a Minimum Activity Quota, Bet365 Affiliates are not a program we’d recommend affiliates work with.
